NDIS Consultation with First Nations People
The NDIS is currently undertaking a review of their services. FPDN are supporting this review by undertaking consultations with First Nations communities with disability.
We have developed a survey to gather feedback from First Nations communities on their experiences accessing disability support services.
This survey is designed to be completed by:
- People who are on the NDIS.
- People who are applying for or have applied for the NDIS.
- People who have not applied for NDIS, but need or would like to access supports.
Your feedback will be used to develop a report on the experiences of First Nations communities in accessing the NDIS. This report will inform future processes for NDIS services and provisions.
