World Usability Day 2024, dedicated to the shared mission of making our world more accessible for everyone, will be observed on November 14, 2024. This day features events held globally, uniting product, design, and usability communities to enhance the accessibility and user-friendliness of products and services.
The theme of “Designing for a Better World” is demonstrated in many ways such as architects and urban planners creating accessible public spaces, companies focusing on eco-friendly packaging, software developers prioritising inclusive digital design, community engagement platforms enhancing civic participation, sustainable transportation solutions prioritising pedestrians and cyclists, educational materials
designed for inclusivity, and green architecture emphasising energy efficiency and occupant well-being. These efforts contribute to a more accessible and environmentally conscious world.
